More firefighting resources are coming from across Canada to help with the Long Lake wildfire complex. The fire is still out of control and is estimated at 32 square kilometres in size. Crews have almost finished dozer guards around the northern border to protect homes. Four planes from the Northwest Territories and one contracted helicopter were on the scene yesterday. Air resources from Manitoba and Saskatchewan also arrived yesterday. Firefighters from Ontario arrived in the evening.
