Premier Tim Houston is back in Nova Scotia from his trip to Ontario and facing some tough questions and criticism over budget cuts. Houston told the legislature it is a “tough time” for the province and the country and he told reporters the $1.2 billion deficit the province faces is simply a “sad reality”.
