Air Canada flight attendants will remain on strike despite a back to work order from the federal government. The Canadian Union of Public Employees says it is challenging the order from the Canada Industrial Relations Board in federal court. Air Canada had hoped to resume operations yesterday but says it hopes to start flying again tonight.
